Brief History:

In April 2016, the Snoopy Museum opened its doors in Roppongi, Tokyo. The Museum, along with its final exhibition, closed as planned on September 24th, 2018.

Over the last two years, the Snoopy Museum has welcomed visitors from all over Japan and across the world. As the closing date approached, more and more people have expressed their regret to say farewell to the Museum. With that, a search for a new location has been underway, and finally, it has been decided that the Snoopy Museum will be moving to “Grandberry Park” in Machida, Tokyo.

In December 2019, the Snoopy Museum will start anew in a brand new location. As an official satellite of the Charles M. Schulz Museum, it will keep on introducing the art of Peanuts through original comic strips and other exhibits, along with an exclusive collection of original items in the Museum store. The new environment will be spacious and full of greenery, providing more room for everyone to enjoy their time with Snoopy and the whole Peanuts gang.
