In collaboration with the San Diego Comic Con the comic book industry has an event known as THE EISNER AWARDS. It’s named after the extremely prolific and highly influential Graphic Novel Artist/Writer, Will Eisner. This year, 2015, the designer Chip Kidd made the list along with his two partners in crime, Anne Ishii and Graham Kolbeins. Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce the long-awaited next installment of his groundbreaking Jurassic Park series, Jurassic World. Colin Trevorrow directs the epic action-adventure based on the novel “Jurassic Park” by Michael Crichton. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley join the team as producers. We should mention that the JP logo was created by the Graphic Designer, Chip Kidd. Jurassic World will be released in 3D by Universal Pictures on June 12, 2015.
Check out this extremely cool image of a new movie poster that just premiered around the world! This is for the JURASSIC WORLD film coming to theaters on June 12, 2015. Now, why are we excited about it? Well, not only is this a super-great franchise and we can’t wait to see it, but the Designer Chip Kidd is very well known for creating the original “Jurassic Park” Logo and they are still using his design… OH YEAH!
