OK, on the “Next Appearance” page of this site we have been hyping the news of the creation of a new Art Gallery Event where Chip Kidd has hired a ton of Artists to create special “Batman: Black and White” book covers. The list of Artists is insane and we recommend you go check it out because we know that you will love most of them and it’s really worth seeing. The list includes about 88 pieces of art and you can see a lot of good examples there too.
The show is available for viewing on September 9th and runs until November 7th. But the important thing we wanted to share here is that the grand opening reception will be on October 7th and that’s just a day or two before New York Comic Con starts so it’s sure to be a grand event!
