Here’s some exciting news for comic book fans! DC Comics is releasing all of the brand-new “Week 2” issues of their CONVERGENCE storyline today, April 15th, 2015. In other words, IN STORES NOW!! Shown here, up above and down below, are all the variant covers that were created by Book Designer Chip Kidd.
For non-comic book collectors: “Variant Covers” are book covers that are published along with the regular issue. In other words, you have a choice to buy the comic book with it’s normal cover or buy a special one with a unique cover. The contents are the same, it’s mostly just a cover variation and they do it to celebrate a certain Artist or Graphic Designer.
Anyways, “Week 1” featured the color CYAN BLUE and this week the covers have MAGENTA PINK! So, check ’em out!!
